Telephone Selling Skills: A Workshop for Auto Sales Professionals
In this four hour workshop, your people will be given specific tools and strategies
that will enable them to handle today's phone shopper much more successfully.
Along with more effective ways to get names and numbers, they'll also learn
several different contemporary ways to set firm appointments during the initial
phone call or contact. Your people will also be able to establish reasons
that clearly make it to your customer's advantage to show for their appointment!
This is also an interactive training event. Over half of this workshop is
devoted to nonthreatening, interactive role playing. Your people will leave
with usable skills (rather than just more information) that will get immediate,
Retail Automobile Sales: The Professional's One Day Workshop
This dynamic workshop has received accolades from
thousands of auto industry professional's throughout the U. S. who already
have attended. Unlike most other seminars offered to the auto industry,
this isn't just some car guy standing up telling stories about how great he
is! This program has been designed with classic adult learning strategies
in mind and is designed to modify adult behavior. About 40% of the day is
devoted to interactive role plays and interactive exercises. Your associates
will be able to not only be exposed to new tools and strategies, but also
witness them in action, and experience them first hand! They will be given
the what, how, and why of each new concept to insure that they will leave
with tools they'll actually use, not just 5 or 6 days of "pump!" The main
areas covered are overcoming objections and advanced interpersonal communication
skills (helping customers feel more comfortable and more trusting resulting
in improved write up rates) and state management skills (things to do to avoid
job burn-out, stay enthusiastic & motivated, and how to positively influence
