EVERYONE HAS SOLD A CAR TO THE CUSTOMER THAT HAS SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT BUYING TODAY. THAT SHOULD BE THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION. IM NOT BEING SMART, BUT YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT A WRITE UP COMMITED OR NOT, YOU WILL NOT SELL ANYTHING. SO WRITE THEM DONT FIGHT THEM.
IF THEY DONT BUY TODAY THEY WILL BUY SOMEDAY, SO GIVE THEM THE IMPRESSION THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA STEP WITH OR WITHOUT THE COMMITMENT. CUSTOMERS REMEMBER THINGS LIKE THAT. THEY MIGHT HAVE BEEN TO A FEW OTHER DEALERS AND HAVE BEEN BOOTED BY THE IGNORANT KNOW IT ALL SALESPERSON THAT THINKS OF THE NOW CUSTOMER ONLY. I AM A FIRM BELIEVER THAT IF YOU HAVE DONE EVERYTHING YOU POSSIBLY CAN TO SELL A CUSTOMER A CAR NOW THEN YOU SHOULD NOT STOP TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO SELL THEM LATER.
