There is training out there that walks you through "how to close on the appointment and stay off price" When they are here we try to handle objections and close on the car. On the phone we need to handle and stay off of price questions, specific option questions and "close on the appointment". Do that and your appointments will go up. The phone can be very powerful if you know how to use it.
