I started with ACT. Good starter program. If you buy that program, get ACT 2000 or newer and look for it on Ebay. Should be about $20. I use Joe Verde PSA now and its an awesome program. It's quite a bit more at $500 but it's car sales specific and it can tract everything! They just came out with PSA JR and I think it runs about $200. If you want more than ACT and don't have $500 go for the PSA JR. WARNING: I have seen a lot of salespeople buy programs and not use it on every customer. It takes work! Get one and use it on EVERY customer and watch your sales go up.
