Does anyone have a suggestion where I can get a prefabricated follow up system designed specifically for the car biz? Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

One of the most simple yet effective follow up systems I've seen is one called the Sales Developer from Walt Horen Ent. (310) 474-0418.

Joe Verde Sales Training's got one also that's not too bad. (714) 489-3780.

If you're really serious about long term follow up, however, and developing a clientele, I strongly recommend using your computer for your client base management. ACT is a simple data base program that is inexpensive and easy to use and customize. There are others.

The main thing to look for in a software program would be it's ease of use, it's ease in customizing to your particular needs, it's ability to produce follow up schedules, a reminder feature, and (of course) compatibility with your word processor of choice.

Developing your client base is one of the highest payoff activities you'll ever perform in your sales career. With patience, and persistence, you'll reap big rewards monetarily and in time spent earning your fortune. Good luck and good selling!
