Ask this:
If everthing was the same who would you rather do bussiness with? (You)
Wait for reply then ask why? (I like the color of yours)
Why else? (Yours has a sunroof)
Why else? (your closer)
Keep asking "why else" until they can't answer.
Now take the information they gave you and use it to justify the price.
If you ask If everthing was the same who would you rather do bussiness with?
and they answer them, keep asking...why...why else.
This may let you know that you are on the wrong car or have some other objection.
