    I ask them what other makes are they considering? Then I show them the comparison guides we have. I have copies of the other manufacturer's comparison guides too! And all the articles I've saved from magazines, etc. I have them all in one binder. I point out both my car's strengths and weaknesses against the competition so they don't have to leave my dealership to get an honest comparison.
