This one is ussually pretty hard to overcome because everyone knows a typical buying process takes an hour or two. At this point I ussually either say, "Hey, that's fine I understand you are short on time. Lets just take a quick look at some of the vehicles we have to offer that way when you have a little bit more time it will be much easier." Or I try to sell the appointment. Now this is risky because everyone knows once someone has left, it is much harder to try to get them back in. But all you can do is try. Say something like, "Hey I understand! Making a decision like this requires some time. When would a better time for us to meet up and look at some vehicles?"
