    The only problem with that approach, Alberto, is that now your customer is forced to start the negotiations. We all know that either means the have to guess what to say or give us a low-ball figure.


    What I do is tell them that although price is important, it's not the only issue. While we're here, let's take care of all the issues that are resolved out here (on the lot), and then we'll resolve the issues that come on paper.
