    This is a touchy one. The easiest way to handle this is not to go into sales mode, it is to go into listening mode. You will have to actually LISTEN to your client here more than ever as they will tell you what not to do in helping them buy thier next automobile. Always remember that we have two ears and one mouth to listen twice as much as we talk.
