    What do you tell someone that says they are waiting for insurance money or their tax return or something like that?

    What we sometimes do is; 1) have them give us a check to hold until the money comes in, 2) use a pick up payment, 3) point out that their first payment isn't due for 45 dyas anyways, 4) offer a lease with no money down, 5) see if they have something else to trade in like a jetski or motorcycle or something.
