90% of phone shoppers buy within a week.
60% will schedule an appointment to come into your dealership
60% of the appointments will show up on your lot
50% of the appointments that show - buy on the 1st visit!!

Do tell! I am very curious how you have a great conversion rate of phone shoppers. I am 9 months into my new career, and am always looking to improve my income! Up until now I can't say I have had great luck with the phone.
Any tips you have will be greatly appreciated.
