I am a woman in the car business, the rules are not different at all, this is a great business to be a part of with more opportunity to be successful and enjoy a great carreer. It certainly was not easy starting out, but everything I have learned in the past ten years in this business has given me a lot of strength in many ways, it can spill over into many areas of life, not just business.

I am a woman in car sales and I love my career. My advice to you is to learn your product inside and out. Men will feel that you cant get one over on them and treat you great as a sales person. Women will feel important and understood therefor treating you great. I like to think of myself as a customer consultant, I find out the needs and wants that will fit the budget and provide a service to them. I build value in the car, the dealership , and me. I throw myself into the deal. Who are you going to call when or if...? ITS ME! If you are happy and having fun (while professional) your customers will see it and want to work with you
