Hi Guys,
Thanks for the response and helpful advice on handling responses of Internet inquiries.
What I have found since then, is to definitely follow-up with a phone call even though they want to be contacted via e-mail.
I send a quick response that's "General" and then follow-up with a phone call the next day.
I am trying this strategy now. I will let you guys know how it goes, but if someone already does that, please inform me about its viability.

The follow up call is vital, it accounts for around 80% of our sales and is the only way to try to hold some gross with internet customers.
