Topic Description: I take no ups, only what I generate on the phone and through the Internet. Is there anyone else that would like to share ideas? What can can someone do to improve their telephone skills or the effectiveness of their Internet department/business?

    Message:
I have been finding that it's often difficult to manage the Internet, take phone calls, and then take ups. I do all three here. My major concern would be "how to sell them over the Internet". How can others not take ups and still be successful on the Internet?

I think I have a few ideas that might help make more front gross on internet buyers. For one when someone ask for a quote. I give it to them immediately but I always offer a high gross option. such as
Quote: new car Make Ford Model: 2005 F150 Msrp. 33,000 Your Price 27,680
We also have other vehicles you may be interested in such as: 2005 f150 13,000 miles your price 25,963.
Most people will by what they inquired about but most internet shoppers know if your new car price was inline and probably will assume your used price is as well. And if you add 3 or 4 deals like the one above instead of the mini on the new , well you know.
Let me know what you think or any ideas you may have
