This website is a good resource for the new rep.
Of course I may be a bit prejudiced but I also feel our 3 day course (both live and on tape) is an excellent one for beginners and experienced reps alike.
You may also want to check out the OTHER RESOURCES section of this site for other suggestions.
Finding a STEADY performer at the dealership to mentor the youngins is another good training resource often overlooked.

Most of the trainers I've gotten close enough to be able to ask them this tell me they make more money teaching than they ever could selling.

Remember, we all get paid in direct proportion to the amount of service we provide. A salesperson serves 45 to 60 people a month. A trainer serves hundreds per month. A top trainer serves thousands. And a published top trainer serves tens of thousands.

The guy who said, "Those who can...do. Those who can't...teach." didn't realize that teaching IS doing something!
