Ive been in the business one and one half years. My store seven months ago lost about 7 long time sales people and the GSM. Iwas promoted 2 trainer/closer. I'm the only closer we have. We run two straight sell crews and one liner closer crew. Prior to the employee changes that have taken place we had two desk managers and a floor manager/back up closer. The floor manager was paid from the bottom line. When he left he was replaced by a third desk manager and I was promoted to train and close for the new sales sales people that we added to our sales staff. However I made more money as a sales person ( four to seven grand a month. Now I make three to forty five hundred a month. I think my pay plan is competitive but I'm not sure? I'm paid 8% of payable front and 2% of back end with a 700 base salary. A'm I being paid unfairly or a'm I just not as good as I need to be to make the kind of money I'd like to make?

2.) Normally, most online bingo game sites offer chat rooms for their players. Get conversing with fellow players and try to find out how many cards they are playing with. You can play with just a few more bingo cards to increase your chances of winning the game. bingo play bingo There are 75 balls in all with numbering from one to 75. Hence, the probability of any random number to come in the first draw is 1/75. There are three accepted tests for assuring randomness of the balls. These are: o Numbers ending in 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, etc. are in equal proportions. o High and low numbers occur in equal balances. o Odd and even numbers occur in equal balances. play bingo If you do not know anyone who uses the gaming sites or you want some additional reinforcement your first port of call should be an online bingo community. By reading reviews by other people who use the Bingo sites, you will be able to get a feel for the different sites that exist and make a more qualified decision about which one you would like to use. The knowledge concerning different sites and what other users consider important about them is an invaluable tool for the new online Bingo player. Whether it is for fun or for money, there needs to be an element of integrity within the site and a potential for the player to win the game. The knowledge of other users concerning specific sites will tell the new online Bingo player whether the site is for real or is just masquerading in order to harvest the players email addresses in order to bombard them with spam, or worse con them out of their hard earned cash. This can all be avoided with research and trying before you buy, as mentioned earlier the best places to scope out bingo sites is by using a review site or Bingo members forum. bingo online Your aim would be to cover the prescribed pattern with the bingo letters, by coordinating the letters and numbers called. The patterns can be anything like, u shape, t shape, etc, though it usually is horizontal or vertical. As soon as you get the pattern, you should shout bingo and you get the prize. In case there are others who shouted at the same time as you, the prize will be shared among all winners.
