Ive been in the business one and one half years. My store seven months ago lost about 7 long time sales people and the GSM. Iwas promoted 2 trainer/closer. I'm the only closer we have. We run two straight sell crews and one liner closer crew. Prior to the employee changes that have taken place we had two desk managers and a floor manager/back up closer. The floor manager was paid from the bottom line. When he left he was replaced by a third desk manager and I was promoted to train and close for the new sales sales people that we added to our sales staff. However I made more money as a sales person ( four to seven grand a month. Now I make three to forty five hundred a month. I think my pay plan is competitive but I'm not sure? I'm paid 8% of payable front and 2% of back end with a 700 base salary. A'm I being paid unfairly or a'm I just not as good as I need to be to make the kind of money I'd like to make?

Add to that the question of whether or not these free chips are being offered by honest online casinos, and we enter an area worth some study or serious research.

    8. He emailed again confirming his "play through requirements" and the terms and conditions of the wagering requirements for them to be considered "fair gaming". In addition to the play rhough requirement there are requirements for the maximum allowable bet per hand. In his case we averaged all three deposits and his maximum bet is $46 per hand. online casino http://www.bodog.com/publish/etc/medialib/bodogcom_media_lib/home-page-logo.Par.68918.Image.gif Another feature of casino slots online is the loyalty factor. Some virtual gaming sites offer bonus credits to you every time you make a deposit to your account. If you're going to play on a regular basis, it pays to sign up with a site the pays a dividend back to you. There's a myriad of online casinos available for you to choose. Take the time to investigate what's available. Take the time to learn the games you want to play. Utilize all a casino site has to offer you to help you play better. Plan your playing, plan your budget, and let the online games begin. Online Casinos, believe it or not could be the best solution for some. I know that some of us, including me, like to go to Vegas or other places to play in their casinos, but this is not possible all the time. For all of us who do not have time, online casino gambling is the best solution.
Beginner's Route to Online Casinos The online casinos are a great source of entertainment and fun. That said, there are a number of things you should take into consideration before playing. Choosing the right casino should be your first step in your quest for a great gaming experience online. As such, choosing the right casino will lead you to have a lot of fun and also win at the same time. If you find yourself with a pathetic online casino, you are bound to run into a lot of problems with poor graphics low-wage outs.
