Just a thought. We all know that turns work if done correctly and worked with enthusiasm. Make a bonus for closing x amount of turns and turning x amount of customers,or half deal plus cash spiff for turning a closed deal or closing a tuned deal. Please just never tell you're sales staff you don't have to reward them for doing their job. I practiced what my father taught me. he gave perks to all his drivers every week. Not always cash. but he had the best pay plan and got the best drivers. Everyone of his drivers doubled the gross of Everyone elses drivers. Moral:
You get what you pay for. You have the best, honest pay plan and winners will come.
