I am a Sales Manager. Can anyone sugest a performance based pay plan that will motivate our sales team. I am a believer in you get what you pay for and I want to reward my team with a agressive rewarding pay plan that will motivate and make them strive to be #1.

I concur with the prior reply. Keep the plan constant, use SPIFFS for variety. Quaid has a steady, predictable plan of XX% of gross profit, $100 minimum, and $500 bonus for selling 3 vehicles in a period (M-T, F/S/S). All the sales consultants know where they are at all times, and the 3 car bonus is very motivating.
