This website is a great place to find new techniques. I like the book The Greatest Salesman In The World by Og Mandino. Also, I was trained at my dealership through the APB selling system which is very good for a new person to the car biz. APB stands for Automotive Profit Builders and the selling system is called the Track System. Look into it.

This website is a good resource for the new rep.

Of course I may be a bit prejudiced but I also feel our 3 day course (both live and on tape) is an excellent one for beginners and experienced reps alike.
You may also want to check out the OTHER RESOURCES section of this site for other suggestions.
Finding a STEADY performer at the dealership to mentor the youngins is another good training resource often overlooked.
