Cecelia Ketelson,
single mother of four teenagers and full time career woman, has always been
eager to work and even more eager to learn.
During the time her children were small, she spent much of her time going to their school and tutoring. She realized how much she was learning and decided to go back to school herself. While attending a business college, she was able to serve as the student advisory board secretary and spent much of her time there assisting others in conquering challenges in their classes.
Two weeks after finishing her courses, Cece started a job working with an import cabinet manufacturer and supplier. During the three plus years there, she was responsible for training 30 sales associates with product knowledge and selling techniques.
Immediately after that endeavor, Cecelia decided to go directly into sales. She noticed an ad for a car salesperson, applied , and was immediately picked up. Cece has been in the automobile industry for over 3 years, and has completed several more sales and management courses in that time. After completing all the phone skills courses from Tom Stuker & Associates, Cece was instrumental in implementing a phone skills curriculum for her dealership and also helped create a very successful and effective phone room operation there.
Cece has been a mentor and a trainer for most of her adult life. She has been the primary trainer in our T-RAD projects (Talent Recruitment And Development) and also is an active member of our facilitator team assisting in most of the firm's west coast workshops and seminars.
